Well I received email all along but never had time to look at them until evening. Then I realize the last name was spelled wrong. I even received an email that it was delivered. So I called them explaining that the last name had been spelled wrong. She looked into it and called me back about 2 hours later. It had not been delivered but was on it’s way.
I was upset because if I hadn’t seen the spelling mistake would it have been delivered.
Once it was delivered the person was very happy to have received it.
